Still all there but derelict and completely overgrown.

I know it's quite sad seeing old stations in this condition, however they can really let your imagination run riot.

First stop (or at least was!) after Ely on the March Line

On the Ely - Kings Lynn line.

The station was the junction for the Stoke Ferry Branch and closed at the same time.

What I found most amazing, this station has been closed 77 years and the platforms are still there. Other stations I looked for on this line closed much later and none had any platforms still extant and some had gone completely.

On the still open Ely - Bury St Edmunds line.

Couldn't get any track side photos and the platforms are gone. It has a very very derelict feel about it. However it can't have been vacated for that long as a Sky satellite dish is attached to the building!

On the Cambridge - Newmarket line

On the Stoke Ferry Branch.

The level crossing gate is still there. Makes up for not being able to see the platform!

The branch terminus. They've revamped the station for living purposes, however for now it remains empty

The engine shed. The line was still open for freight until 65.
