These were all taken on a jolly good day out to Norfolk on 11 July 08.

Not bad for a days work eh!!

Burnham Market - Closed 52

Now a smart looking Restaurant.

On the Heacham - Wells-next-the-Sea branch.

Docking - Closed 52

Also on the Heacham - Wells-next-the-Sea branch.

You can just make out the platform. It's now a private residence so I couldn't just wander on to their property as trespassing is something I won't do boys & girls, even if it means I'm unable to photograph a particular station.

East Rudham - Closed 59

On the very long MGN line. You could travel from Great Yarmouth - Peterborough and also beyond the still open Melton Mowbray where it joined up. Magnificent!!

Heacham - Closed 69

Last station before Hunstanton.

The waiting room is now available as a holiday flat.

Heacham - Closed 69

The main station building platform.

They also have a mk1 coach which has been done out for accommodation and having had a nose in it I must say that it's totally brilliant.

Hillington - Closed 59

Also on the MGN line.

You could have used this station instead of Wolferton for Sandringham.

Middleton (Towers) - Closed 68

On the Kings Lynn Harbour - Swaffham and various places south and east thereafter.

As you can see it was (not sure if it's still used) a freight line long after closure

North Wootten - Closed 69

First station after Kings Lynn on the Hustanton branch.

Raynham Park - Closed 59

Another station on the MGN line.

The owners have really gone great lengths to give it that station feel.

Sedgeford - Closed 52

First station after the branch off from Heacham on the Wells-next-the-Sea line.

A quite fantastic station. It really is.

Snettisham - Closed 69

On the Hunstanton Branch.

There's nowhere I'd rather be, than spending the afternoon sitting on a bench at Snettisham station!!!

Stanhoe - Closed 52

Also on the Wells-next-the-Sea branch.

A lovely little station in the middle of nowhere.
