Bexhill West - 6 April 08 - Closed 64

Still there in all its splendour. It's now an auction house.

Bexhill West - 6 April 08 - Closed 64

Although the platforms are now gone.

Ryhill - 27 April 08 - Closed 64

On the Hull - Withernsea branch.

Most of the intermediate stations on this branch are brilliantly preserved. Just imagine how great it would be to live in a closed station. You'd be hounded by loads of weirdos'..... Like me!!

Keyingham - 27 April 08 - Closed 64

After Ryhill heading east towards Withernsea.

The platforms are gone here but the building still remains.

Ottringham - 27 April 08 - Closed 64

After Keyingham heading east.

Ottringham - 27 April 08 - Closed 64

Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!!

Patrington - 27 April 08 - Closed 64

It wasn't hard to find this station!!!

Now owned by a metal company.

We had the opportunity to trace this line as we came up to watch Palace play Hull (the other half's family are from Hull) the day before (we lost 2-1) Would you Adam and Eve your luck. You Marry into a family from Hull and their footy team get promoted into the top flight for the first time in their history 2 weeks later!!!!!! The only crumb of comfort that I can take from all this is that next season I will be able to taunt them about getting beaten 6-0 every game and getting less points than Derby!!!!!!!

Algakirk and Sutterton - 27 April 08 - Closed 61

On the Spalding - Boston line.

Came across this station by pure fluke coming back from Hull. It's on the roundabout where the A16 and A17 cross. I believe the A16 runs along the old track bed.

Algakirk and Sutterton - 27 April 08 - Closed 61

From the other side.

Gedney - 27 April 08 - Closed 59

Between Fleet - Long Sutton on the very long Melton Mowbray - Yarmouth and Norwich line

Derelict and completely fantastic!!
