The first photo was taken about 3 weeks after the Sanderstead line closure. I couldn't get the 05 photo dead on as all I would've got is a tree! You can make out Woodside's platforms in the background of the first photo. The below left photo is an opposite view of the above taken from the train. |

| You can see the tracks for the Addiscombe branch quite clearly in the 98 photo. However it has been completely filled in 8 years on. You can just make out the bridge in the later photo. | |

The station was knocked down in 2001. It took about 50 shots to try and get the right position. I initially thought it would be easy as all I would have to do is use the crossing as a marker. Little did I know it's been moved to the right because of the new road. In the end I used the building in the background (to the left half way down). I think I've done a good job. |
